Default Homeowners Insurance: Name/phone# of agent/agency

If you have an agent or agency you can recommend please advise of the name and phone number. Seeking homeowners policy for now, but may transition to a landlord policy if we rent which would be long term. I have looked elsewhere on this site and could not find such. Thank you very much,

Just type in Google "The Villages Insurance." The office I use is located on Del Mar...

When getting insurance quotes, ask whether windstorm mitigation construction features are included in the quote. I know someone who just bought a 17 yr old designer and the quote from Villages Insurance was $1300 which seemed very high for the model. The buyer heard about the mitigation inspection, paid $75 to have it done, and the insurance quote was recalculated at closer to $700. The agent did not alert the new homeowner...she had to find out about wind mitigation on her own.
