Apparently, he was seen in Obama's White House more than Biden. So, who's cabinet was/is he part of? He is reported to have visited Obama's white house at least 22 times.

There is a difference between "out in the open" and clandestine behavior of trump's henchmen. Trump must be removed from the presidency.
