Test meant to screen teachers instead weeded out minorities

They fail because they can't. WHEN will you realize...they're not us...they're one step from cavemen.

It's our damn language...if you can't read/write it...you shouldn't be teaching it.

But...of course...the solution will be to LOWER the standards AGAIN. Drop it to the floor so they can "qualify". Those who can't do...teach.

Our own little hometown Happy Paper...is written at a 1st grade level.

One positive about it though...they certainly know their primary audience.
