His mouth is our biggest problem.

He is still in election campaign mode, which is not necessary any longer EXCEPT he has to continue to pander to his "base" who accept everything he says, EVEN WHEN PROVEN A LIE, which says a lot I think.

He would have had the ban in effect if it were not for his big mouth. Attention would be on the Health plan instead of wire tapping if it were not for his big mouth. Congress would not be investigating voting by 1/2 million immigrants if it were not for his big mouth. ETC. ETC.

And of course to your point, his infatuation with news shows and articles that he will call lies if it is uncomfortable.

You can't fix trump's mental illness. The congress will have to remove him.

I have never been a Trump supporter but do understand why his 35% base sticks with him regardless of anything he says, even if it is completely ignorant. He was and still is in many minds a better option than the corrupt, 2 party system we seem to be unable to break ourselves away from. Certainly far from a breathe of fresh air it is understandable.

My concern is actually foreign policy, which is Trumps hands.

1. We basically have no stated foreign policy as the President has chosen not to, at least publically, share with the country what it might be.

2. State Department is basically stripped. Sect of State is in Far East, and today said...assume he speaks for the President....that FIRST STRIKE NUCLEAR IS NOT OFF THE TABLE.

Imagine, the nutty child in North Korea, who has zero to lose, thinking.....I better get it on, and making a first strike. We are speaking of nukes now. Does not matter who has the most or who has the best....ONE single nuclear weapon is simply shuddering. Then what does our emotionally immature, macho man do ?

Why does not our President ever speak to the American people about policy ? Why is everything he says couched in terms of the election, winning, by how many votes, or whatever. . Why is accusing others of wiretapping more important than actually having a state department and a real foreign policy ?

She, like Trump...will never admit that they're wrong.

She is simply an old passive-aggressive woman who is not-at-all smart, is intractably ensconced in her ignorance...and will blindly support anyone that claims to be a 'conservative.'
