My husband and I are thing of putting our home up for sale. Because we have so many upgrades and our home is only three years old we need to price it accordingly. My question is how does someone classify their home as a "Certified Home"? My husband and I would like to do anything that would influence a potential buyer to look at our home and think that my home is actually as good as a new home.

For a few hundred you can by a warranty through a company. Our house was certified when we bought it. In the 2 st year thrac, & water heater were replaced st almost no charge. It was a selling point for us!
