Does The Villages install radiant heat barriers in new construction? Also, do you know what seer rating the air conditioning units have?

My 2014 home's heatpump is a 15 SEER. Newer home might be higher, older home might be lower.

If you are thinking of buying, call the villages, and I am sure they will tell you the current standards, existing AC units will have a sticker on the unit. I believe ours is 15 also (2013 build).
