COME ON GET REAL.....THAT LINK IF FROM 2014.

Read about the history behind this signing....it was just signed in December including the Republican votes, but with some hesitation.

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING AND UNDERSTAND WHAT THE HELL YOU ARE SAYING.

That is my point. Coal ash was being dumped in 2014.

The EPA is kinda not effective. Lot of money spent on it. Leave it up to the States.

Yeah, states like West Virginia where the average IQ is equal to that of an avocado. Those morons should realize the coal mines will not reopen with the same level of employment they once had. The coal company owners would be losing money if they reopen. Of course, TRUMPF's "great tax plan" would give them a payday - just like he will take on any tax plan.

Richard.

That is plain uncalled for. Where are you from that you can feel so superior? It is a good thing to feed the hungry and another to lump people into one big group and say they are stupid.

I am disappointed. I know many smart folks from West Virginia. One is the oncologist that saved our daughter's life. We call him St. Randy around the house.

Yet, there are many times you endorse EXACTLY that when you say "good post" when ALL PROGRESSIVES are lumped together and blamed for far worse than stupidity.

I apologize, Grace. My remark was totally uncalled for. Thank you for the admonishment. I will try to do better in the future.

She has no qualms stating how superior people from Ohio are...why the sudden outrage?

Ohh the flaming hypocrisy.

Personally, I think the people from Iowa and Minnesota are the nicest but Ohio certainly ranks right up near the top.

But the decision to allow coal ash dumping in streams will be an ecological disaster for West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and others.
