Of course their absent. The tactic is obvious, divert our attention to an 8 year old CIA/republican non issue so that everyone's focus will be off health care. Then OB can slip through it's health care bill while the public obsesses whether its OK for the CIA to have placed a drill on a table to scare a terrorist into divulging much needed intelligence.
