You may be confusing the rest of us. The thread is titled need exterior painted, but the post states 3 bedrooms need painting. You might get a better answer from some members with this type of experience if you clarify the post

Your response of 'Thanks' is not really was golfing eagles was looking for. He meant, you should go back to your original post and hit 'edit' at the bottom, and then change the word 'exterior' to 'interior' since you're requesting a painter to do interior rooms.

As far as interior painting, Investment Painters is the most trusted name in TV and has been painting homes for decades here in TV. They painted inside our home in 2011 and did an excellent job. You can actually go to the button at the top of this page and hit 'search', type in the words 'Investment Painters' and see the responses for yourself. There are dozens of threads because some poster has asked this same question every month for the past ten years.

Good grief. OP, we all know what you meant. Try Steve Kling or Oscars. Like 99% of painters, they do both interior and exterior work.

Gerard 352-216-6305. He has painted both of our patio villas for far less than any other quote we got, including Steve King and Investment painters. And I mean far less. One of our quotes was $2200 for a patio villa! Gerard was reasonable and fair with his prices.

His work is excellent. He shows up on time and gets the job done. Very pleased. If you want to see his work or pictures, let me know. Rae 920-265-8425 cell and text

Unless they've doubled their prices, that $2200 could not have been Investment Painters, or was it? They charged us $1 a square foot rounded down to the nearest hundred for our interior walls. So a patio villa of 1150 square feet would be $1100.

Since a patio villa is vinyl on the outside you might not know, but I would be interested myself in knowing the exterior price of a masonry villa. Our masonry CYV community has gotten permission to change the exterior color from the original pale yellow, and since ours is six years old it is getting time. Omar has painted about 15 of the units so far, and seems to have a monopoly and his price is about $1550. I'm considering doing it myself since materials would only be about a $100 or seeing if someone else has a much better price. It's a one day job and doesn't include the fascia, especially since I just went around with a ladder and washed all the rain gutters by hand and they look new.
