Trump: James Comey Lied and I'll Testify to That Under Oath

While proving ‘obstruction of justice’ is a political issue where there aren’t enough ethical Republicans left to make it stick (even though it’s obvious Trump did)…lying under oath is a whole different animal.

Trump is such a pathological liar, that there is NO WAY…he will be able to keep all of his lies straight.

The Trump cultists, his political backers and aides know it…and are quaking in their shoes worrying about it.

Intelligent people can also easily imagine Trump, under oath, stating that “I didn’t say that”…while a Senator/Congress person is quoting one of his tweets/recorded statements…VERBATIM.

He just can't help it.

In spite of his now saying that he will testify, there is no way he really will and will simply have his lawyers draft answers...without ever appearing in person.

Any bets on how long it will take Trump to make a statement along the lines of Nixon's famous "I am not a crook" quote, by saying something along the lines of... "I am not a traitor."

So please Congress, take Trump up on his offer to testify before he waffles…PLEASE?!

First of all, I very seldom drink and this isn't one of those times...as I've simply been enjoying the evening.

Why would Trump bother testifying anyway? He already won, Comey the sissy is gone and there is no "there, there" to bother him. The left just wishes to waste money, which they are good at and shirk their jobs managing legislature. Anything to hinder the success of Trump, after such a poor showing by Obama in the past 8 years. Too bad for them, that even with all the obstacles, Trump is still accomplishing more than the last poser.
