Default Candid Camera?

Husband on phone with Comcast for last half hour trying to restore internet service to what it was last week. We wanted to try faster service, tried it for a week, didn't make a difference.
Anyway, he finally asks to speak to supervisor and also asks where the person he is talking to where she is located....she replies I'm in the Philippines. He asks for her name she says her ID number is
. w. He's laughing. Someone comes on and says supervisor will call within 24 hours.
Haha, the only thing we can do at this point is to seriously laugh out loud!
Just another day in the Comcast world.

there is nothing you can do with Comcast customer service. Its based in the Philippines. I got to the point I asked where there were located as the first question and some wouldn't even answer. Sadly, best you can do is call, think it isn't USA, just hang up and recall. Remember, they are paying them such a low wage. I don't think Dish has internet in The Villages, but if it did, I may switch (just for NFL ticket).

Oh, and just go to speediest to check internet. You may not notice it but it still may be faster. Netflix stopped added a 4K bar for some people (<-- me)... however they showed me how to see it was streaming in 4K.

It used to be all nurses were Filipino now it is all call centers. And that isn't racist, its just IMHO observations.

Good luck Mudder

ATT is just as bad btw

It's Directv that has NFL Ticket. They don't have internet either, but locally are affiliated Century Link for internet. I've got both, have no problems with either. I've been with Directv since 2008 and this year they gave me NFL Ticket free, that's a $288 credit and then free upgraded version which included Red Zone and Internet, which I let my neighbor watch his Eagles on. Century Link I've been with 2011 and have been the same bill amount for internet since day one and had only one outage in 6 years. Dish has Red Zone. To get the full game you have to go with Directv. I get Netflix in 4K no problem, when I select the movie it's shown in 4K, great picture.

Interesting, the last time I had to call Comcast, the person I spoke to was located in Indianapolis,on. Since I am from Indianapolis, we had a great conversation about the Colts, and oh yes, she resolved the issue I was having. No sweat!
