Angry Rules Don't Apply To Me???

What in the hell is wrong with people? It's been posted everywhere....do not throw your lawn debris in "various" locations mentioned throughout The Villages. In other words if it's yours, you're stuck with it. Unless you drive a golf cart with an Hoosier plate on the back that tossed his bag of trash at the corner of Barnsdale & Odell in Hadley and thought he'd got away with it. He was looking around to see if anyone was watching. I stopped & hollered at him and said it was BS & to take it home. He did pick it up & placed it on his cart & sped away. I doubt if it made it back to his house but I D A M N sure don't want your debris tossed into a big pile in my hood. And for those that worry about an inconvenience???? Move to Puerto Rico. God help them.

I didn't do this as I live way up north. But anyone with an Indiana plate on their cart is now subject to criticism and scorn. You could have been a bit more specific in you description of the cart. I guess I will take my Indiana tag off.

Darn it, I took off my State of Indiana plate and replaced it with my Indiana Hoosier plate. Now I have to change this one too. Is Notre Dame safe?

Hmmm, funny U put this post up. I have a Video of the lawn maintenance people that mowed the neighbors yard did the same thing in my Cul-De-Sac. They picked-up & moved ALL the neighbors yard debris from there yard & put it in front of my house. I have called Property Management on this issue. I know it might not be soon for them to come out, But I can Wait with Video in hand......

You should call the Lawn Maintenance people who did it and say that if they didn't move it back you were gonna call the sheriff. Property Management isn't to blame.

AND F16 Your post made my blood boil. The world is going to Hell in a handbasket.

I do not know who to get more upset with the Hoosier or The Villages? Their choice in signing on with a FEMA approved company is causing the sort of thing you see with the mysterious Hoosier Impatience) but more importantly its not doing residents property any good just lingering there and it is a bad look fort The Villages.

Another problem with this delay is that being added to the debris from the storm is now daily/weekly lawn maintenance clippings. We trim some bushes and cut a few dead fronds and now instead of being removed on Wednesday will sit there until Crowder shows up.
It would be a pleasant surprise to see Waste management here on Wednesday ( I hoping Dist.gov reads TOTV)

I had been involved in a number of cat related insurance claims over the years and experience taught that the best way to handle them was get in quick and get out quick for everyone's sake

My husband just came in roaring mad. He says people have dumped so much yard waste at our postal area there is almost no where to park ................... It is more annoying because our yard waste was picked up last week, so who is dumping?

No body from Iowa would have done that.

Be care you don't get a folding chair throw at you.

I agree that this delay is compounding the problem. After Irma I had one yard waste bag and a few palm fronds. Now I have begun fall clean up and replanting. I now have 4 more bags.

Which lawn maintenance company moved all the neighbor's yard debris in front of your house? Why would they do such a thing? Is this a lawn crew hired by an individual home owner?
