First you should stop watching those nutcase you tube videos, and secondly it is still a crime, just not a felony.

I actually have no opinion, other than I object to misinformation spread by conspiracy theorists in YouTube.

I also object to your sarcasm when it is obvious by your words you have not even read about this. I did and suggest you do the same before mouthing off, and demonstrating your ignorance.
