The same woman who has been waiting on me was there Friday. She mentioned Diane as having set the prices before Woof Gang bought them.

It is true Woof Gang purchased Paws for a Moment and we are very excited about the transition. One of the biggest challenges is actually getting all the product entered into a POS system of which there was none. Doing this to control inventory helps point out price increases that may have been missed over many years, and they may account for a few price increases. We now offer a loyalty program, 1 pt for every $1, when you reach 200 pts you automatically receive $10 off. You will see other changes, new flooring, paint and build out for a grooming facility. We hope the changes will better serve all of you.

Thanks for posting this. I already have a few points in your loyalty program. Beau and I have enjoyed visiting Paws for a Moment and now the Woof Gang location. Beau and I will check out the Brownwood Woof Gang as well.

Is the loyalty program new? Been shopping in Brownwood a lot. But never heard about it.

The loyalty program is not new. It has been in place since we opened. You should have been asked the first time you shopped there. Many time customers decline because they don't want personal information in the computer. Be sure to tell them the next time you are in you want to be entered in. 1 pt for every dollar (excluding grooming), adds up fast!!!
