Of the candidates who signed up to run is she the best qualified?

Of COURSE it was politically and racially motivated. A women to appease the women and a black to appease the growing American minority demographic. The city will devolve as it fills with minorities wanting the goodies the woman will give them.

There is NEVER a black MORE qualified than a white and there is NEVER a woman MORE qualified than a white man.
