Default One stop shopping- landscape

Does anyone know of one company that can do all of the following: concrete installation, landscape installation, tree installation. We are about to close on a new construction home and I thought it might be easier to do all of these things with one company.

Bernie. There are many. All of these service are available at a WIDE variety of prices. Don't do it right away. Some of the folks don't use a level when they put in the low walls. Some use plants that won't survive the cold. Some will take your money up ahead and disappear. Please wait. Live in your home for awhile. Talk to neighbors and new friends who live in older neighborhoods who they used and like. Read this forum a lot. Consult Seniors against Crime at the local Sheriff's office. There is one right on 466.

We kept the planting that came with the house in both homes we bought new here. We had some removed in our second home and we had some moved around. Things grow here before your eyes and you can have way too much before you know it and will have to have bushes removed. Talk to native Floridians about palm trees.

Enjoy your new home. This is such a wonderful place to live.

I’m with Gracie. Wait at least six months before doing any landscaping. It is too easy to get rooked into overplanting, to get cheated, etc. The more you know about Central Florida and how/what grows here, the better for you, you yard, your landscaping, the neighborhood.

Also be careful about what you do to your interior — most improvements, including painting, will void part or all of your first-year warranty.
