United Healthcare has a 3 Advantage plans with 0 cost:

Our Medicare Plan Types | UnitedHealthcare(R)

Plug in zip code 32163 and choose Lake County to see them.

We use UnitedHealthcare The Villages MedicareComplete 1 (HMO) and have been very happy with it.
