Yes, it is a trailer park at this time - Eagle Woods.

I don't know what you mean by "the other trailer park next to it." There is an empty field to the west, and Mid Florida Eye Center to the east.

We are only 2 years in The Villages, but I am sure the old timers here have many stories about how fast things grow here. So I propose the prediction that all of the homes along Hillsboro Blvd. (near Brownwood) will be in the center of The Villages within x years (predict “x”).
