We had a neighbor move there three years ago, it was their 4th move in 8 years. In TV they only used the neighborhood pool and the husband played executive golf and wasn't very good. They enhanced their 3 BR CYV with every feature available, then sold it for $299K and bought a single house at Lakeside Landing with all the same features and overlooking the water for $210K, that was 3 years ago. If you don't play golf or softball, or use the rec centers, you have the rest of TV at your fingertips for much less money, although the newer homes have gone up a lot.
