Default What will happen with the amenity fee?

[QUOTE=NJblue;239732]By implication you are implying that we pay for this out of our amenity fee, but this is wrong. All decorations (and entertainment) at the town squares are paid for by the developer.

Sorry in advance...This may be off topic from the original post on this thread but,
If entertainment is paid for by the developer, what will happen to these activities after the developer if finished building in TV. My understanding is that TV master plan is to have about 110,000 residents. With the amount of sales occurring, it won't take long to reach capacity. The developer won't have a need to continue paying for these items because no more new homes will be marketed. Ten years from now we may see the amenity fee significantly increased to accomodate for the expense that the developer is now putting out. That is, if we want to continue these entertainment luxuries we enjoy. This is just my thought toward what might be times-to-come.

I think that the assessment is to the commercial properties for the entertainment and various activities in the town squares. I'm assuming the developer and/or the family will continue to rent the properties in the commercial areas long after The Villages is built out. ... and by the looks of the vacant commercial lots around, he/they will be building commercial leasing property for many, many years to come.

I think you'll also find that there are built in constraints for raising the residential amenity fees as well.

Default Hmmmm. Ten years from now.

I don't know about you but I do know about me...I probably will not dance quite as much as I do now. Dancing every night gets old. And so will we.
