Default Memorial Day edition of The Daily Sun

I am not always a fan of the newspaper, but this morning's edition is excellent. I learned more from reading the paper today than I had known before about the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the requirements for the guards that spend two years of their lives protecting the Tomb.

The paper was full of information about the various Veteran burial sites and the people who protect those sites. Also the many widows and widowers of service people who live here and honor their loved ones memories.

This paper is a keeper in the hopes that my grandchildren will read it and learn from it

Great job Mr. Editor!

My older brother lives in a house that used to be rented by a member of the Old Guard. They are the soldiers who have the duty of guarding the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. My older brother heard a lot about what is involved in this duty from the man. Regiment

Incredible story on the National Cemetery. We are going to take a drive thru it in the near future.
