Exclamation 6 FT Gator Near Belmont Golf Course on Way to Hole 7 Near Water Station.

The ambassador for Belmont Golf Course carted up to me while I was walking Beau to warn me about a six foot gator on the shoreline just below the water station on the way to the 7th Hole. These reptiles move very fast when going after prey so it is not a good idea to walk your pooch any where near that water cooler nor especially near that shoreline.

I encountered the owner of Zeke and warned her as well just in case she walks him in that direction.

The water station is west of the Lynnhaven Pool past the golf course Hole 3. Belmont Golf Course - The Villages, FL, United States | Swing By Swing

You and Beau had better practice tandem zig zag running.

That is true. But some courses have walking trails near the golf cart paths.
I think Tal was walking Beau near the Water Station.

No. There is a golf cart path to the Promise Hospital Promise Hospital of Florida at The Villages – Promise Hospital of Florida at The Villages where many people take their pooches off leash and let their dogs run really fast up and down the path. This abuts Hole 6 of the Belmont Golf Course. The water station is between Hole 6 and Hole 7. Belmont Golf Course - The Villages, FL, United States | Swing By Swing There is a large meadow there with maybe 22 cows and some calves. Zeke's owner told me that he used to go nose to nose with one of the calves a few months ago. Through the fence. Beau likes to bark at the cows and would usually scare the calves and/or **** off the steer. The steer just give the evil eye and moves a few feet towards us.

I looked from a good distance at the water station this morning after going to Doggie Doo Run Run and no longer saw the gator sunning itself on the shore like it was yesterday.
