Who collects medical equipment and refurbishes it to recycle?

I saw an ad - approx one month ago - in the paper - someone at the Villages collects and refurbishes medical equipment but can not
find the info.

Please share if u have this info. No - its not Goodwill or Salvation army - it's a group through the Villages.
