They had two tables set up at CiCi's on 466a last month and were both full playing Texas Hold'em. Not sure what that was all about. Drove by another time and there were a lot of people standing at that end of the restaurant.

Linda,

You know how every once in a while there is a comment that strikes you really funny and you cannot stop laughing. And it makes you snort and gasp for breath. I just wanted to tell you that is how your comment hit me. Thanks. I needed that.

Boomer

PS: mrdills, I have typed things like that, too.

Dear Nitehawk,

You better be nice or you will get into so much trouble with Miss Frances and you will not be allowed to go outside at recess.

From: Boomer, Captain of the Bluebird Reading Group, aka, the girl with the frizzy Tonette home perm and the cateye glasses

(And here is Miss Frances and she is being high tech.)

PS: Linda, I feel guilty for the hijack, too, just like you do. Maybe we both should go play poker with mrdills. Girls growing up when I did were carefully taught to feel guilty. (I am sorry, mrdills. I hope you get your poker club.)
