Nope, have to park at Sugar Cane pool and walk down to P-n-P. It’s been brought up at the PWAC meeting about the lack of parking and the response from the rec dept to PWAC is that the developer still owns it so PWAC doesn’t have the authority to make changes to the property. Best we could hope is someone pushes an ADA issues and forces a change by the developer otherwise it has to wait until the amenities for that area are sold to SLAD, then residents would have the power to make this necessary change.

Other option is to park on one of side streets close by.

Nope, the only parking is for golf carts, the next closest public parking is at Sugar Cane pool.

Parking is needed. I didn't know you could actually park across the street in front of people's houses. Mr husband and I were there recently. Parked at Sugarcane and tried to walk. My husband has PAD. He did not make it. I had to get the car for him. Very poor planning

Unfortunately, the design of the area was likely done with regard to the finished site plan and anticipated residents would be traveling by cart most of the time. With Fenney not yet connected to the rest of TV, some residents must use autos to get there. The parking at the rec center solves the distress of nearby residents whose streets became clogged with parked cars. Not an ideal situation, but hopefully will improve as the cart connection is completed.

There is no restriction on parking on side streets...on street parking is permitted anywhere in TV unless posted.

Correct. As an example, there are executive golf courses that are a bit of a walk from the closest car parking. The expectation is that you will be taking your golf cart to putt n play. It's simply too early to do that.

The short answer is no.

I would strongly suggest one to bring their own putter as the plastic ones they give out, is too flimsy, to whack the ball good enough to reach the holes.

Did you and your husband get to play the course? If so, was he able to walk the course?

Actually, if you and he like to putt, the golf courses at Fenny have one of the best putting greens I have ever seen. Unlike others (Bonifay, Palmer, Belle Glade) it has the right amount of slope to make it very interesting and the holes are not too far apart.

A designated parker may be the answer.
