Default Designer Lot Sizes

We are planning to build a designer home. Our questions are about lot sizes matched to models. What homes work with lot sizes between 60' x 110' and 70' x 110'? What stretches work within those lot sizes on say, Gardenia? Woodside? and other popular designers? Help?

your sales representative should be able to tell you that. They have the tools and transparencies of the different models that they can put on the lots. Then they can determine if it can be stretched. The lots have different setbacks so it is difficult to say a particular model fits or not. If you do not have a sales representative please private message me. I work with a sales rep who would be glad to provide you with that information.

When we purchased our agent new the foot print of the house with the stretches, he preselected several lots that would accommodate the house’s footprint. We looked at some additional lots and made our selection.

We stretched a Woodside model, we close next month.
