CYV question?

I thought there were restrictions on CYV's....Driving down Chula Vista noticed a CYV with outside wall painted PURPLE....Yipsters!

Not just CYVs, it depends on the deed & cov restrictions. You will find north of 466 they are less then south were they are very strong.
