Do the VCDD utility bills come monthly or quarterly? I received my first and shows 3 months for amenity and trash, but only 1 month for water/sewer.

what exactly is included in the monthly VCDD bill -- is water, sewer, trash and contractual Ammenties Fee?

and roughly what would this run?
also what is the acronym for the bond on a house -- like on a 300,000 home it is about 22,090 - what is that bond called ? -- sorry confused here. any help appreciated.
