Default SPA Design

I'm thinking about adding a SPA to my build, but know nothing other than I enjoy them, and they require attention/maintainence.

I'd likely prefer to install during the build rather than after. Design scheduled a meeting with T&D Pool during my design visit.

Interested in any thoughts and recommendations to learn and think about prior to the meeting.

Thanks in advance!

I don't know anything about built-in spas.

We have a hot tub that we bought at Spa Kingdom two years ago for about $8K and we spent $1.5K getting the electric cables put in. We absolutely love it because there a LOT of jets and the seats are all very comfortable.

If you a spa built in, I suggest you make sure there are a lot of jets and make sure the seats are very comfortable. In my opinion, the spas that we have used are not very comfortable, at least by our standards.
