So many models to chose from. Are there any models that have two masters. I am not interested in the new development area. I have time to wait, but would like to be able to zero in on that. Seperate bedrooms.

The Zinnia and the Linden Designer homes have two masters. There are several other models with well-separated bedrooms with privacy, but not an en-suite bath.

The Mossy Oak and the Indigo have two masters, but I think those models are only in the newer developments near Fenney.

Our Indigo is 3 bedroom, 3 bath, the larger guest bedroom and bath are opposite the main master, HTH

I would imagine those models make great rentals so there may not be too many available north of 44.

For several years we rented a home in TV for the winter with our two best friends. We got along so well and were so compatible that we strongly considered buying a home together. We went so far as to go through a design meeting for a Zinnia. The Zinnia has three bedrooms including a front bedroom with an on-suite. It is not what most would consider another "master" as the bathroom is much smaller as is the closet, but it could work. We now each have homes in Sanibel about three blocks apart.

There are two 2/2 Courtyard Villa models only available as resales in the Lake Sumter area that have well separated masters. The Amelia (frame) and Beauregard (block) both have a large master bedroom in the rear of the house by the lanai and a smaller bedroom by the front door. The bath in the smaller bedroom is only accessible from inside the bedroom. A queen bed can fit in the smaller bedroom.
