Go to AntennaWeb - Antenna Signal Prediction to see where your stations are coming from. An antenna is different from every house, it depends on many different factore, like how far away you are, what's in the way, how high the antenna is and many more. A good resource is The Antenna Man on YouTube.

Default WESH harder to get

I've never got channel 2-1 freq 201 from my location Morse & Hillbourgh, but I could get 2-3 on UHF18 497 freq Orange City most the time. Then WESH did an update making the signal spotty here. Has anyone come up with an answer to get a better signal?

Experimenting with a Channelmaster CM-4228HD + winegard preamp
