Default Saving money

How much money is the Morse family saving by closing down all these facilities during the Coronavirus? Hundreds of employees (most at 8 bucks an hour and not on a salary) times how many days? Are we going to see any of this money? I doubt it!

the primary rule in business "don't worry about saving $, worry about making $" The Morse's are and most likely have lost in the past week more money than the average Village can dream of

That's like asking the owner of a bar how much he is "saving" while closed since he doesn't have to pay staff.

It is amazing how many don't have a clue. I can only guess at why...... IMHO they let their hatred for the developer cloud their everyday thinking.

It's not just inside the bubble, everywhere is implementing changes. For those who are not happy here, move, you have choices.

Please attend Resident Acadamy and learn a thing or two about how your comunity works.

One thing you will learn is that the rec centers are owned and operated by what we call "The District", which is basically our community government. They use our money.

So, what you should be asking is, how much money are we saving.

I am always amazed when people indicate that they believe that the Morse family owns everything in sight.

Yep. Just amazing how some will go searching for something to make them unhappy.

And amazed at the number of people that think they have some malevolent agenda motivated by unabashed greed.

ZERO, the developer doesn't run or own the recreation facilities the SLCDD and VCCDD (government bodies) own and run them.

Invest some time in understanding how The Villages actually works.

I guess everyone is allowed their own point of view.

My point of view is in total conflict with yours. Very Sad!

Riddle me this, how do you know for a sure that in someway that the employees you speak of are not being cared for by The Morse Family? Trying to use a multiplier of days at this point is also questionable. I think it is best to be supportive of others and that can be done on the phone instead of making contact with those who need support.

If you get a Rebate Check please let us know. I'm going to send mine back to them if we do get one. They have been very good to me and my wife!

Good Luck, Stay Healthy.

Total and complete lack of understanding of who owns what and how things/people/businesses work.

To remain neighborly to newcomers, this thread goes in the bait file.
