Default Morse Blvd Repavement

Can someone please tell me what is so bad about the current state of Morse Blvd that it would require hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars of taxpayers' money to repave it? Are there lots of potholes? I can't seem to find them.

There were lots of 'potholes' between 466 and 466a, along with a few sections of just bad road surface. This was actually (IMHO) in worse condition than Buena vista that was just finished.

I agree. The stretch before Mallory heading south is terrible.

There were previous posts from those who were upset that Buena Vista was done first since Morse was in worse shape. All in the eyes of the beholder I guess.

The funny part about Morse was they did from 466 to Stillwater months ago and that area had no problems. They stopped about 50 yards from the patched and repatched and repatched again (latest repatch was last week) section that needed it most. FINALLY they will get that section done.

You do have to wonder about how bad the original build was given they are now replacing the section of Morse north of 44? Hasn’t that been open less than 5 years?

I drive the section between 44 and 466A every other day. They are repaving it currently. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this section that would require repaving. I come from up north where people would love to have roads this smooth.
