To me it didn’t sound like the President was recommending these to individuals, I took it to mean that these are possibilities for research, but that’s just me. Maybe my mind was trying to make sense of what was being said.

Blueash, thank you for being on this chat line. When I got up this morning and saw our President suggesting people should be ingesting or injecting disinfectant I thought of all his followers who will try this.

I'm gonna miss the Adults who can't follow known rules but I'm not shocked at all. There are plenty of responses to these remarks that don't fit in the guidelines but they wouldn't be following the rules of the Forum if they were posted.

He didn't say "spay lysol into your lungs" or "inject bleach" etc. He had a researcher talk about effective ways to kill the virus. Research has clearly shown gargling salt significantly reduces mouth bacteria in children with sore throats thereby reducing the symptoms.

It's thinking outside the box that lead us to victory over our enemies. Thankfully we have such heroes working to protect us.

It's well know that UV light destroys viruses and a very small light source could be potentially life saving if you could treat a heavily infected persons lungs with a very small amount of UV.

I think if you put aside your hatred for awhile and stop watching the talking heads you'll see things as they are.

There's a song called The Sound of silence. It's my ringtone and it reminds me of this everytime I get a call.

The next thing you know, doctors might want to use crazy things like ultra-powerful chemical combinations on cancer tumors and/or hit people up with radioactive beams! Maybe even snake venom could be used! Oh wait, the venom is a different dream. Back to the chemicals...

The chemicals would act as intracellular poisons, but that sounds scary. And I'm not sure how I would convince anyone to get radiated. Hmm..I'll have to work on that.

I'm wondering what they would call it...just riffing here...how about "chemotherapy" and "radiation"?

Who knows, maybe it works, maybe it doesn't.
