It looks like a ground-level shot of the stream running under the little golf cart bridge in the parking lot of Spanish Springs Town Square, nearest to Paige Place.

No idea if that's what it is, but it sure looks like it! I sit on the stone wall of that bridge a lot to watch the ducks and listen to the water. Very peaceful even in the hustle and bustle of dinner time in the winter.

That is a nice place to watch wildlife but it doesnt seem like the same place to me.

Hope to find out for sure

I think it might be the stream in the LSL area...located behind Barnes and Noble, TV Cart, etc. Stream leads into Lake Sumter.

It's actually the tunnel under the entrance to Glenview Championship Golf Course.
