Default Put a deposit down in Tamarind Grove

Last week was our third visit in as many years. Our agent, Scott Parrish showed us a brand new village named Tamarind Grove. We had a wide selection of lots to choose from. We put a deposit down on our little piece of heaven and hope to be building our cottage within the year. We are very excited and will be looking foward to village life very soon.

If you go down St. Charles, you will see Tamarind Grove turns to the west. It is on the part of St. Charles still posted Construction area no car traffic in that area. Brand new area. We are just now doing some model homes in there. The Rec and Postal Pick up have been poured out already. Also Starting the St. James Rec Center off of St. Charles Closer to the south end of Buena Vista. Alot of construction vehicles. So please mind the warning signs..

Congrats on your new home to-be. Just love the name "Tamarind Grove". Anybody know what the streets will be named. Just curious.

tjwarzel,

We will be neighbors some day. We too put a deposit on a lot in Tamarind Grove.

Will you be on Ansley Path? We picked Lot 37 at the beginning of the cul-de-sac circle.

TednRobin,

The streets that are currently open for traffic are Tamarind Grove Run, Ansley Path, Evander Avenue, Highbanks Court and Montbrook Place.

I saw four other Sold signs. Those four and mine are all on the south side of Ansley Path where the big trees run along the fence. Construction has begun on one of them. That will be the first privately-owned house in Tamarind Grove.

There are many (8-10-12? I forgot to count them) cottage homes going up on Montbrook Place starting right around the corner from your lot. Our TV rep said these will be the new models for the cottage homes. That area is like looking at an ant hill... there are construction workers and vehicles moving everywhere.

When I looked at the TV "new homes for sale" site, they list a "hammock' and a "seabreeze" model without any pictures or floor plans. Anybody know what they look like, or are they modified older models? Curious to see what we missed.

We just purchased Lot 21, so we'll be neighbors! Are you living there now? How many homes have been completed? We're looking forward to moving down!
