Most people are not having to hem now , my cleaning person has 2 or 3 every year , but she said no one is having them now

Check out the "Nextdoor" app. They are often listed there. There have been a number of them I have seen while driving around here in my area (Mallory, Amelia etc) but not as many as usual..
