Do you want to roast them, or already roasted. We go to Gainesville every 3 weeks, and have gotten them from TJ’s or stop by Whole Foods.

Roasted in an oven works nicely.

Back when I was kid in NYC had them all the time very readily available for a pretty cheap price.

My father who grew up in NYC loved them. I tried them as a child but did not like them. I love Pinon nuts!
