Default Attorney vs Title Co. from seller perspective

Would like to hear your thoughts on using an attorney vs title company for closing on sale of home as a seller, w/o realtor.

I would use a title company. They have a very good and proven system to handle the closing. And, if they need legal advice, they will get it. It seems redundant to hire a separate attorney.

We sold our Florida condo without an attorney. Paperwork was handled by title company. But we did scan it before signing.
