Hello all,

It is getting a bit discouraging going through the REAL ESTATE FOR SALE classified on here. I've called a number of the adverts and some of these homes were sold as far back as 2018 and some numbers are disconnected, so may be the same reason. The classified listing have never been cleaned up, and many of the listing are for locations NOT in TV. I am only interested in TV homes.....

So, does anyone know a reliable source of FSBO listings?

Why not just use a villages agent. FSBO's don't really offer their homes for a lower price than it would be if they listed it, they are just trying to save the commission and are not really passing much if any of the savings onto the buyer. Let a professional do the work for you and offer whatever you feel is a fair price for the property. You're already having trouble with the easy part finding properties for sale by owner and you just started, not worth the effort.
