Any recommendations for a concrete person/company? Just want to add a 10x10 pad for grill and a couple of chairs. Did a "search" for this. Didn't find what I was looking for (U2 reference). Yes, I know I will need the blessing of the ARC.

MAR concrete. 352 636 6473. He did ours and some of our neighbors and everyone is happy with the quality. No upfront deposit. Shows when promised and nice workmanship.

You may also need to move the irrigation lines, there is a requirement that live water lines are not allowed under concrete pads, so be sure to check on this.

Thanks for the heads up. Unless they have to go up to the house foundation no water line should be covered. Only one sprinkler head may need to be capped.
