Default Drainage problem

The ground is very wet between my house and my neighbors house. The wet area is 3 to 4 feet wide and is always wet and mushy even when we stop irrigating. The problem started 2 years ago. Both houses are 6 years old.

Does anyone know of local companies that install French drains?

OP, even though this is 2 years old:
have both owners checked for water leaks
was the landscaping changed
have you contacted a landscaper to see if they have any ideas

I believe many of the landscape companies can handle a french drain installation, so I would start there. I made mention of the other items, as I had a small leak in the irrigation that was not obvious unless you were looking at the specific sprinkler when it was on.
