Palm rats like to nest in attics.
They forage at night, hence are rarely seen.

We use Massey pest control. They will inspect and evaluate your situation.
We had palm rats in our attic over the garage. Massey pointed out entry potentials...sealed them...then baited the area, checking every week for three or four weeks. Problem solved.
