We are in need of this style window latch which I can't seem to find at the box stores or Pat's, Ace or Sprarr.

Call home warranty 352-753-6222 and ask for the name of the manufacturer and the installer, then contact both for replacement parts.

Latch looks to be same one we had that was broken. I took broken latch to T&D on 301 south (between the turnpike and Fenny). T&D has a window division in the building fronting 301 (that was 2 years ago). They had an exact replacement.

Romac (window division) 312 E. Main Street in Leesburg. Take the one you have with you, as they have several different styles to choose from.

We have an eight year old Quickset outside door handle and lock. We called THE VILLAGES office they suggested Romac. We were thrilled with the prompt response and reasonable charges. He had the needed parts on his truck and knew exactly how to resolve the problem
