Hello folks!

My wife and I just recently purchased a property in TV, and I'm interested in connecting with others that are operating short term rentals here. We intend to rent out ours, and would really benefit from networking with others that have the wisdom of experience and established some best practices they would not mind sharing with a newbie.

Congrats on your new journey. Check out Rent From A Villager website. It is a new FRBO site that may be helpful to you. You can advertise your rental there.
