Default Gas Station Lines Today

So the pipeline was hacked, and guess it has started the hunt for gas before the prices go up.

So going to Disney tomorrow, tank at 1/4. Sams, had 6-7 cars per pump. Every station had line’s of cars waiting to get in. I traveled down to WaWa’s, hoping less of a line. Each car only took less than 5-10 minutes. Lawn guys were the only ones getting more than 5 gallons of gas. Who sits in a line for 15 minutes for a few gallons of gas. It’s the TP mentality all over again.

15 minutes ago I filled up at Chevron. No one but me was at the pumps. Across the street Circle K had their pumps on and no one was waiting there either.

There's always a line for gas at Sam's Club...

The pipeline affected doesn't go through Florida.

The gas station at the corner of Griffin Rd. and 441 (next to the Lady Lake Post Office) had all pumps shut off with "out of order" bags on the nozzles. But the last time I went there, last week, a guy came out and said power was down on the whole block. Now I'm wondering if the two situations are related. I had no trouble getting gas at Wawa up the road across from the hospital, and the price was the same as it has been all last week.

This is not the same mentality, butt there is a connection between TP and gas.

Got gas this morning at Circle K on 466A near Lowe’s, no line. Marathon and 7/11 down street didn’t have lines either.

I was at the CircleK/Shell station on the corner of Belle Cruz and 441 at noon. All the pumps were bagged. Went to the CircleK/Shell on 466 and Southern Trace around 1:00 pm. Busy but it looked like all the pumps were open except one.

This is crazy! Florida is not supplied by this pipeline. It will make it worse that DeSantis declared a State of Emergency for gas. This will really drive the crazies out. Glad I could fill up when I did. Yes, I needed gas today. The car was showing 36 miles to empty when I pulled in.

Yeah, we're creating our own gasoline "shortage" by panic buying. The pipeline shut down does not affect us. I expect the lines to be short-lived once people realize there is no shortage here.

The pipeline affects all of the southeast, including Florida. That what the maps show.

Default Gas

The pipeline goes from Houston to Jersey (5550 some miles) It supplies refineries along the way and for all the eastern seaboard affecting all southern states supplies. if the tankers can't fill up there be no deliveries be that Florida or anywhere else. There is another pipeline of less significance but that would not cope with demand.
