Default Tankless water heater/ dishwasher

I have a Laurel oak floor plan less than one year old and looking at the front of the house the garage and water heater are on the left and the bathrooms are on the right, with the water coming in to the house on the left and the sewer exiting on the right.
Now saying that, the kitchen sink is the closest fixture to the water heater- tankless mounted on the left front corner of the garage. The kitchen sink is the last fixture to get hot water, or so it seams anyway, the problem I am having is the dishwasher.
The dishwasher performers poor at best. Samsung is the brand. Does anybody have any information or suggestions as to how to improve the performance on the wash?

Run the hot water in your kitchen sink for a minute or two, to allow the water to start out hot for the dishwasher. Your tankless water heater supplies endless hot water.....NOT instant hot water. Just starting your dishwasher without doing this makes the dishwasher have to use all the cold water in the line before getting to use the hot water that eventually gets there.

Dishwashers have a heating element that heats the water to 130-140 degrees it doesn't use hot water from the water line. If dishes aren't coming clean check the filter or you may have a spray arm that is not working properly.

Yes, they have a heating element to BOOST the hot water temp. They ARE (in most cases) installed using the hot water side of your kitchen sink , teeing off of the hot water line. My original statement still stands.
You are correct that there are many causes of dishwashers not working properly, one being clogged spray arm holes, etc. Often it is user error. Here is a good link;
