25.3 mph...oddly I can just let my foot off the accelerator pedal and slow it waaaay down...weird. Can not your family car go a lot faster than you'd typically want?

Fastest has been 25.3, but usually between 22.0 and 24.5. It surprises me how many carts I pass.

Electric or gas? Do you have speedometer? 15 MPH fast to some people?

You do have control over the go peddle. Do you drive you’re car with foot to floor?

Got mine up to 40mph. SO fast I need to put a parachute on it to slow it down. It goes even faster when driving forward.

Agree, mine may hit 22 going down hill. IMO any faster asking for trouble with rear brakes, top heavy vehicle.

Why would that surprise you??? Those people are OBEYING THE LAW and not exceeding 20 mph. Get caught by a LEO and you'll be "surprised" at the consequences.

Please understand and if you have two people in the car and two sets of clubs, going uphill maybe laborious if you set the governor to low.

If you set the governor too high (i.e., > 24 MPH), the wear and tear on your engine and other rotating parts will go up dramatically. It is not a linear function.

The governor has 2 settings I believe on new Yamaha’s 19.9 and 25 mph. You do know that you don’t have to push the accelerator all the way down.

0 to 60 in 6.3 seconds, unless it does a “wheelstand”. I may have to get. “Wheelie bar” installed.

Actually, maybe up to 21, however, going next to Palmer CC, on Buena Vista cart path, it will go 24 when it goes down to the bottom where the tunnel is south of the Palmer driveway.
