Does anyone have a recommendation for someone to cut shrubs. Having a hard time trying to find someone honest and does a good job. Would appreciate any recommendation. Thank you.

I do my own. Minimal tools required. Work? Someone you hire will do them all at once.
You can do one at a time. Depending on the shrub there is a proper time to do it. Azaleas for example if you cut them now you will cut off next years blooms.
