Not sure what you have in mind. There used to be people that would post stuff for you on ebay. Typically they would charge half of the sold price. Aside, post shows you have discovered how much work it is.

I did for a very good neighbor, would not do it for a stranger, there are too many potential pitfalls. Why would someone want to get in the middle of the sale of unknown items, unknown quality, and then taking money (cash) for these items, no way!
IMHO, you should do the posting yourself.
